At Aashopalav Festivals Pvt. Ltd., we understand that once you order your Art Clay Kit, you want to start creating as soon as possible. That is why we are committed to fast processing and reliable delivery.

1. Next Day Shipping Promise (Dispatch Time)

We follow a strict Next Day Shipping model for order processing:

  • Order Cut-off: All orders placed before [e.g., 6:00 PM] are packed and scheduled for dispatch by the next business day.

  • Processing Time: We guarantee that your order will be handed over to our courier partner within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order is dispatched from our Vadodara warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Gujarat & Nearby Regions: 2 - 3 Business Days

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3 - 5 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 5 - 7 Business Days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: [e.g., Free for orders above ₹499 OR Flat rate of ₹50].

  • The final shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an Email and SMS notification containing your tracking ID and the name of the courier partner. You can track your package live on our courier partner’s website.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage:

  • Do NOT accept the package if the outer box is visibly tampered with or crushed.

  • If you accept it and find damage inside, you MUST have an Unboxing Video to claim a replacement. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for strictly required details.

6. Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

7. Deliveries

The product will be deliver you in 4-5 days.
